The entire staff was up to the five star standards The room was clean. I did not use the dining room but breakfast always smelled good. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel

Location is perfect, just in front of Poliforum and very close to city centre. All workers are very kind and helpful, Especially Front office workers just perfect

THE LOCATION WAS GOOD, I WAS ASSIGNED A ROOM THAT DID NOT HAD THE AIR CONDITION WORKING , BUT THEY ASSIGNED ANOTHER ROOM THAT DID HAD AIR CONDITIONING AS SOON AS I REPORTED. THE BEDS WERE OF NORMAL AND CLEAN EVERY DAY. THE PERSONS AT THE COUNTER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY CONSIDER GOING BACK.
